We offer 30-day returns for hardware defects only. Returns are not accepted for programming, coding, or fitment errors.
NOS (New Old Stock) Parts
NOS parts cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or broken.
Security Seals
All Straight 6ix Supply security seals must remain intact for refund eligibility. If a seal has been removed or broken, the part is not eligible for return or refund.
Electronic Modules & Radios
Electronic modules and radios are tested for functionality before shipping. Because many of these parts require coding, programming, or calibration to work with your specific vehicle, we are not able to accept returns for coding, programming, or fitment issues on these items. If you receive a module or radio with a hardware defect, it is covered under our standard 30-day return policy.
